Review:
1. Chapter 1: Why Letting Go
       This chapter tells the reader why people must have the ability to let go. This is because almost all problems that occur in life come from our inability to let go. The problem in question is too much thinking or feeling anxious, frustrated, depressed, and angry about things that have been / are / will happen in our lives. If we have mastered the skill of letting go, we can act better in handling all our life problems. This letting go skill can be learned by practice 5 minutes every day.

2. Chapter 2: Dealing with Procrastination
        Many people who procrastinate on everything, what's the cause? the reason is because they are afraid. This fear arises because of an ideal idea. Many people fear they will fail in realizing their ideas or they fear that the results they can do not match what they expected before. To overcome this problem, we must let go of idealism in our body, assuming that all the processes we experience are an experience, we must get out of our comfort zone so we can learn new things. If we fail now, we can make that experience a provision for us to succeed on another day. Let go, accept, embrace, be present, and do are the cure for procrastination.

3. Chapter 3: Dealing with Fear
        Problems are rooted in fear, which is rooted in ideals. Fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, fear of letting go of control, fear of being alone, fear of abandonment, fear of discomfort, fear of missing out, fear that you’re not OK as you are or your life isn’t OK as it is, fear that some ideal won’t come true. These all stem from ideals and a lack of trust in yourself. If we can practice letting go of the ideals, and start to accept and trust in ourselves, then we can overcome lots of problems.

4. Chapter 4: Dealing with Difficult People
       When we are dealing with someone who is difficult or can be said to be stubborn and angry, than we turn angry, it is better to be wise for example to let go of our ideals, accept reality, and act appropriately with affection. It's difficult, but it's better so that the problem doesn't get complicated.

5. Chapter 5: Dealing with Distractions
       Interference or distraction is indeed very pleasant to do. Often when we do something, instead of focusing on doing the activity, but instead focus on other things that are not important but interesting to do. This chapter tells the reader tips that can be done to letting go the distractions.

  3. I actually am dealing with all those 5 problems especially procrastination. And I just found out that those are the reason why I'm so anxious over everything, thanks to you. Please post more about this in-depth explanation, I will look forward into it! :D
